Industrial anomaly detection benefits from anomaly samples, yet newly deployed products typically provide only normal images, making anomaly samples difficult to collect. Zero-shot anomaly generation offers a promising solution which avoids collection of target-product anomalies. However, existing methods mainly rely on texture images or text descriptions as anomaly sources, which often produce unrealistic anomalies. Observing that similar anomalies can recur across different products, we propose anomaly transfer-based zero-shot generation, which reuses real anomalies from existing source products, making target-product anomalies no longer necessary to generate realistic anomalious samples for unseen target products. Since not every anomaly type suits the target product, an anomaly type filtering mechanism first selects plausible source types. To transfer selected anomaly, we propose DPA, a diffusion-based framework that decouples product-agnostic anomaly representations. Instead of directly extracting anomaly representations, DPA learns product-irrelevant anomaly embeddings through training with the mismatched data pair, enabling transferable anomaly concept learning across products. Furthermore, we design an adaptive mask-guided pipeline that leverages adaptive masks to control the positional and geometric plausibility of generated anomalies during generation. A training-free anomaly labeling module is further introduced to produce pixel-level annotations aligned with generated anomalies. Extensive experiments on MVTec-AD, VisA, and a dedicated anomaly-transfer benchmark demonstrate that the proposed setting and DPA generate more realistic anomalies and significantly improve downstream anomaly detection performance under both zero-shot and few-shot settings. Source code and models will be released.
Vector sketches remain one of the most concise and immediate mediums for abstract human expression. However, generating high-quality vector strokes that exhibit human-like drawing styles remains an open challenge due to the severe scarcity of fine-grained, high-quality text-to-sketch paired data. Existing text-conditioned generation methods often rely on unstable, time-consuming optimization or struggle to generalize to unseen categories in a zero-shot manner. To address these limitations, we present SketchFlow, a novel generative framework rooted in Optimal Transport (OT) theory and flow matching. By leveraging pre-trained CLIP models to bypass labor-intensive image-level text annotations, we formulate cross-modal alignment as a continuous mapping problem directly within the CLIP latent space. To bridge the inevitable modality gap between discrete text concepts and continuous sketch features, we first inject noise into discrete category embeddings to construct a continuous Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) prior. We then utilize an Optimal Transport Conditional Flow Matching (OT-CFM) model to learn a deterministic vector field mapping from this continuous GMM prior to the target sketch feature distribution. Finally, a Hybrid Diffusion Decoder, fusing 1D U-Net and Transformer architectures, is designed to decode these features into fast and high-fidelity stroke trajectories. Extensive experiments demonstrate that SketchFlow substantially outperforms existing baselines in visual quality and adherence to natural human drawing styles. Furthermore, our geometry-preserving framework demonstrates promising local zero-shot synthesis for prompts beyond the QuickDraw training vocabulary, including unseen concept labels and semantic modifiers, while enabling smooth, continuous semantic interpolation between distinct concepts. We present a zero-shot, training-free and optimization-free framework for generating 360 panoramic images and videos by directly injecting spherical priors into pre-trained diffusion transformers. Existing methods either rely on costly fine-tuning on scarce panoramic data that limits generalization, or leverage multi-step optimization that incurs prohibitive inference latency. We observe that contemporary generative models natively exhibit some panoramic priors from large-scale training. However, these emergent capabilities are insufficient, as the models fundamentally fail to satisfy the rigorous topological constraints imposed by equirectangular projection (ERP). We introduce a zero-shot and optimization-free approach that resolves these constraints at inference time. Spherical RoPE replaces standard rotary position embeddings: low-frequency channels are re-parameterized as 3D Cartesian coordinates to natively encode the spherical manifold, while high-frequency channels are harmonically quantized to enforce exact periodicity. Coupled with complementary Semantic Distortion classifier-free guidance (CFG) that explicitly steers geometry, we avoid retraining and inherit the full creative breadth of state-of-the-art models. Our approach generalizes across diverse backbones and 360 generation modalities. We demonstrate this across text-to-panorama using Flux.1, Flux.2, and LTX-Video backbones, achieving competitive performance against baselines, all while remaining training-free. Recently, zero-shot object customization generation methods have rapidly developed and shown tremendous potential for applications. For instance, in the e-commerce domain, consumers can observe the visual effect of furniture placed within their personal living spaces or clothes worn on their own bodies. Many existing approaches perform object customization generation based on diffusion models and extracted reference object features. However, the generated object significantly diverges from the original reference object in details such as patterns and curves. Particularly for asymmetrical reference objects, the absence of comprehensive multi-viewpoint information prevents the generation of object poses that harmonize with the background scene. To address these shortcomings, we have constructed a novel dataset comprising multi-angle images of furniture and indoor scenes. Based on diffusion models, we introduce HomeDiffusion, which can leverage multi-viewpoint images of the same reference object to accurately generate visually harmonious object poses within specified areas of the background scene. During the diffusion process, we further extract high-fidelity details of the reference object and perform cross-attention with the noise latents in the latent space, thereby ensuring the preservation of details in the customized object generation. Extensive qualitative and quantitative experiments demonstrate that our method achieves superior performance over other existing zero-shot as well as few-shot object customization approaches.
