Traditional video highlight detection relies on a narrow, event-centric definition of saliency, which often fails to generalize to unconstrained personal videos where highlights are heterogeneous and perspective-dependent. To address this, we introduce TRINITY, a multi-perspective benchmark that decomposes highlight saliency into three complementary dimensions, Event, Emotion, and Nature, within a unified temporal framework. Leveraging this multi-faceted view, we propose a shared-backbone multi-branch architecture designed for parallel multi-perspective prediction via view-specific experts. Comprehensive experiments demonstrate that our method significantly outperforms state-of-the-art baselines, achieving gains of +7.15/+3.62 mAP (rho=15%/50%) on Mr. HiSum and +10.82 mAP on YouTube Highlights. These results validate that multi-perspective modeling provides a more robust and comprehensive formulation of video saliency, especially for complex real-world scenarios. Hate speech research has moved from coarse-grained classification towards structured parsing, where systems jointly identify targets, supporting arguments, and target-level labels. Documents with multiple targets, conflicting local readings, or culturally coded language make these bindings difficult to recover. SPAR-Hate is an auditor-guided multi-perspective role-reasoning framework for bilingual hate speech parsing. It decomposes each document into local focus units, elicits evidence-grounded candidates from Victim, Moderator, and Cultural Bystander perspectives, resolves candidate conflicts under grounding and schema constraints, and reassembles sample-level predictions. Experiments on STATE-ToxiCN and a controlled TBO split show gains across local and API backbones, concentrated on strict joint target-argument-label metrics. Full-test integrated-prompt controls, component ablations, and bounded-arbitration diagnostics identify the contribution of separated perspective generation and arbitration. Structured teacher traces also support training a smaller student model.

We present AutoJourn, a demonstration system for multi-perspective news generation and bias-aware evaluation using large language models (LLMs). The system tackles three core challenges in responsible automated journalism: extracting diverse perspectives from unstructured social media discussions, generating summaries that preserve viewpoint diversity, and detecting or mitigating bias in AI-generated news. The pipeline integrates advanced prompt engineering with optional retrieval augmentation to produce semantically diverse perspective sets, a multi-perspective summarisation module that merges conflicting viewpoints into balanced summaries, and a bias analysis suite supporting sentence-level bias detection and type classification in the generated news article, and automatic neutralisation. Users can inspect perspective clusters, compare stance-specific summaries, generate news articles, and apply bias-aware rewrites directly in the interface. We evaluate each component with intrinsic metrics -- semantic diversity, summary quality, and bias reduction and show improvements over strong baselines while maintaining content fidelity. A live, publicly accessible demo accompanies the paper to facilitate reproducibility and further research on socially responsible automated journalism.
